Lewis Park in St. Paul has family-friendly amenities that include a splash pad, a playground, picnic areas, trails and open spaces. We went on a Sunday AM and there were people bathing in it, bodily discharges and broken glass on the ground from recent nights (i assume), it was disgusting.
