Lakeside Commons Park is Blaine’s newest park, with family-friendly amenities that include the beach and a splash pad, a playground, and space to picnic. This park does require parking permits, but they are free for Blaine residents with proof of residency. Non-residents pay $5 per day or can purchase a season pass for $25.

Parking permits are required for all vehicles. Permits are available onsite. Blaine residents are free with proof of residency. Non-residents are $5 per day or $25 for a season pass. Cash, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover are accepted.

Lakeside Commons Park Beach

The beach is public and unguarded and is open from June 1 through Labor Day. Beach hours are 10 am to 8 pm daily during the season and swimming outside of those hours is prohibited. Beach amenities include a volleyball court, a beach house, a boathouse with concessions and canoe and kayak rental. As of 2018, credit cards are accepted for purchases at the beach and park.

Birthday Parties

The pavilion is available for rental for private events, such as birthday parties. It has space for up to 150 people and contains a serving counter, electrical outlets, a grill and a drinking fountain. Restrooms are located nearby at the boathouse and also at the beach house.
