Lake Owasso County Park in Shoreview is managed by Ramsey County Parks and has family-friendly amenities that include a nature playground, an unguarded beach and space to picnic. There is onsite parking for up to 91 cars and 12 trailers. This park has three picnic shelters that are available for rent for birthday parties and other private events.
