Highwood Hills Park is a small neighborhood park located on Saint Paul’s Greater East Side. It is adjacent to Highwood Hills Elementary School; the public is welcome to play on the equipment when it is not needed for school children. The park contains a small picnic area, soccer field, playground, two half-court basketball courts, and a full-court basketball court.

  1. Climb, slide and run together on the playground
  2. Play a game of HORSE on one of the basketball courts with a playground ball
  3. Pack a picnic and have a lunch and play date.

Highwood Hills Recreation Center

In April of 2019, Saint Paul reopened Highwood Hills Recreation Center which had been previously closed since 2008. Located within Highwood Hills Elementary School the rec center will be a partnership between the City of Saint Paul and Saint Paul Public Schools. The Park system will be creating programming based on public feedback and interests.
