Kids and families will flock to this tidy little Harmon Park in West St Paul during the summer. Main reason? A nice-sized splash pad to cool off in! Plus some fun playground equipment with nets to climb, an air-conditioned recreation building and pretty landscaping. You’d never guess this park is West St Paul’s oldest! A Concession Stand is operated during games and there is a neighborhood center on site with restrooms.

When the park was remodeled in 2016 a colorful splash pad was added. It is free and open to the public from late May through Labor Day.

  1. The park has five baseball/softball diamonds plus batting cages, making a good park for families to practice their batting and catching skills.
  2. A Soccer field provides open green space for a variety of field games.
  3. During the winter months, the city maintains skating and hockey Rinks with a warming house.
  4. There is space to picnic, including the shelter outside the Neighborhood Center and also shaded tables around the playground.

The Neighborhood Center was also added in 2016 and is an ideal indoor space to host a birthday or other small gathering. You can reserve the space online via the city’s parks website.
