Kids and families will flock to this tidy little Harmon Park in West St Paul during the summer. Main reason? A nice-sized splash pad to cool off in! Plus some fun playground equipment with nets to climb, an air-conditioned recreation building and pretty landscaping. You'd never guess this park is West St Paul's oldest! A Concession Stand is operated during games and there is a neighborhood center on site with restrooms.
