  1. Practice baseball or softball. The park is primarily a ball field park. So, when not in use for organized games, there is a lot of space for practice.
  2. Run around and work out excess energy on the playground.
  3. Play a game of horse on the basketball courts.
  4. Ride your skateboard and enjoy the skate park.
  5. Bring a playground ball and play four square on the four-square courts, kickball on the baseball fields or dodge ball in the green space.
  6. Lace up and take advantage of the winter weather. This park has an outdoor ice rink and warming house.

Outdoor Ice Rink and Warming House

Glen Lake Elementary had its warming house replaced in 2007 and it is open to the public during open skating hours. It is one of several outdoor rinks with warming houses maintained by the City of Minnetonka. Outdoor skating season is dependent on the weather, but generally runs mid-December to mid-February.
