Edgerton Park in Maplewood is a 14 acre park adjacent to Edgerton Elementary School and Heritage Center Park. Family-friendly amenities include a playground and sports fields and courts.

This park hosts community events including the annual spring egg hunt and the End of Summer Celebration.

4 Fun Things for Families at Edgerton Park

  1. Play Kickball. Bring a ball and play a game of kickball on the baseball fields or bring your bat and baseball and practice batting, pitching and catching.
  2. Race around the Playground. This playground has a large open playground with plenty of room to run between climbing, swinging and sliding. Maplewood uses wood chips on their playground floors.
  3. Play Four Square. This playground has two four-square courts. Bring your own ball to take your family on and see who wins.
  4. Grab a rock and play hopscotch. There are two hopscotch courses at this park, too.
