Located in a residential neighborhood just off Hwy 3, Brockway Park is a 15-acre neighborhood park built on the site of a former glass factory in Rosemount.  Family-friendly amenities include a playground, a disc golf course, space to picnic and sports courts and fields. There are portable restrooms a the site.

7 Ideas for Family Fun at Brockway Park

  1. Play the 9-hole disc golf course. We feature this park as one of the best south-side disc golf courses in our article: Fun With Dad: Disc Golf in the Twin Cities. You can Download the course map from the city.
  2. Bring a playground ball to play kickball on the little league fields.
  3. Play a game of HORSE on the basketball court with your playground ball.
  4. Pack a picnic and eat in the shelter or spread a blanket in the green space.
  5. Learn a little Rosemount History. Read about the former glass factory on the city’s historical markers for this site.
  6. Run wild on the playground. This park has a large, modern playground with plenty of space to run, climb and swing.
  7. Try a game of horseshoes. The park features a pit, but you’ll need your own gear.
