Birch Grove Park is a 13 acre park in a residential neighborhood of Brooklyn Park. It is located next to Birch Grove Elementary School, and is mainly a wooded natural area with walking paths. The park itself does not have a playground, but the school does. The school also maintains sports courts and fields. Click here for a PDF of the Park’s map and amenities. The City of Brooklyn Park’s current plan for this park is to maintain it as a wooded green space and develop a natural resource plan to preserve natural areas. Note: If you put this park’s address into Google maps, you will end up several blocks away. We have alerted Google to this error and hopefully it will be fixed soon.
