Willard Park is a neighborhood park in the Willard-Hay neighborhood of Minneapolis. Family-friendly amenities include a playground and tot lot, a wading pool, a picnic area with restrooms and drinking fountain and sports fields and courts. The wading pool was recently renovated to include a zero-depth entry and a splash-pad spray feature. Because there are no lifeguards on duty and this park is a school site, the pool opens after school releases in early June and closes before the start of school in late August. While it is open, its hours are 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
