It’s fun, unstructured, nearly always free and a total sanity-saver during our colder months. I used it routinely when my firstborn was a toddler. He thrived on the small bikes, balls, tumbling mats and other provided equipment for free physical play. The following St Paul recreation centers have tot times on Friday mornings this fall:

FRIDAY FEATURED STORYTIME: Storytime at the Minnesota Landscape Arborteum

The Arb is a beautiful place to spend time year-round and very much in the fall when the grounds are decorated with pumpkins, scarecrows and fall colors. Storytime is currently held at the Andersen Horticultural Library. Free with with Arb admission October 27, 2023, kids are free, adults $15.
