I promise not to go overboard with the detail here, but let me share a few fun things that were on our family’s agenda this past weekend. If only one of these pictures catches your eye, let it be the shot of my daughter with one of the talented young stars of Circus Juventas’s summer spectacular “Neverland”! It’s an incredible production of a familiar, much-loved story and I encourage families with children of nearly any age to grab the quickly disappearing tickets for this show. See the link for details.
Aside from the show, we also spent the weekend cheering Dad on at the Minnesota Half Marathon, having some retro fun at the roller rink Skateville, and topping our own homemade ice cream “Sundays” at Gibbs Museum of Pioneer and Dakotah Life. It was the final “Ice Cream Sunday” of the summer, but there’s plenty of season left to enjoy the peaceful pioneer setting and upcoming special events.
Gianna’s family also enjoyed some theater this weekend!
And Joy and her family made it all the way out to Green Bay for Family Night at Lambeau Field on Saturday. Those are some dedicated fans!
