Both Minneapolis and St. Paul have annual St. Patrick’s Day Parades. The weather is going warmer — near 40, but with chances of snow and ice. Because of the weather, St. Paul might be the better parade this year if you don’t have school and work; but Minneapolis has the added benefits of free MetroTransit rides starting at 6:00 p.m.
