We were all a little sad when Peapods Natural Toys and Baby Care closed its doors last spring. It had become a staple of Twin Cities parenting. But, Millie Adelsheim and Dan Marshall had run Peapods for 16 years and their babies had grown up with the store. We are so happy they have decided to stick around and make some Mischief. Mischief Toy Store that is.
Mischief Toys opened October 1st, and they are throwing a Grand Opening Celebration on Saturday, October 24th from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Here is some of what you can expect:

In keeping with the spirit of their maturing family, Mischief Toy Store will focus on older kids, teens, and young adults with a diverse selection of games, art supplies, pop culture and anime gifts, outdoor adventure gear, jewelry, and kinetic toys.
Dan Explained, “Our goal is to find toys that challenge people, make them think, create, learn a new skill, or get into a bit of trouble, We want kids and teens to unplug a bit and use their creativity to change the world”.
Millie and Dan’s four kids have been closely involved in planning, building, and choosing products for Mischief. Their daughter Abigail, a student at Hamline University, manages Mischief’s Tumblr feed and will be working at the store.
