The Bloomington Family Aquatic Center is a seasonal, outdoor pool open daily from early June through August. Family-friendly amenities include a zero-depth entry pool, interactive play features, aqua climbing wall, water slides, diving boards, a newly renovated bathhouse and concession stand.
Children 11 and under must be accompanied by an adult or responsible person over 16 years of age. Children 5 and under should have an adult within arms reach.
Admission tips
- Season passes are available. Resident season passes will pay for themselves in approximately 5 to 7 visits and non-resident season passes will pay for themselves in approximately 6-11 visits. Typically, you can buy them in mid-July or later and get them for half price.
- Twilight rates (after 4pm): $6 per person
Tot Time at Bloomington Family Aquatic Center
Tot Time is traditionally held from 10am to 12pm on weekdays and is for children ages 6 and under with adult supervision. There must be one adult for every two children in attendance.
Birthday parties at Bloomington Family Aquatic Center
Groups of 20 or more can get discounted tickets. However the discounted tickets are equal to or more than the regular kids rate, so it is not a particularly great deal for a kids birthday party. However, private pool rentals are available after hours. A private evening pool party could be a fun birthday for older kids and teens.
