June 28-30: Rosefest | Roseville
Highlights: Friday with Firefighters (10am-12pm, visit the fire station), free family ice skate (6:30pm at skating center), community theater in the park (“Beauty & the Beast”, Central Park, 7pm). Saturday’s free Backyard Campout at Harriet Alexander Nature Center (starts 5pm Sat). Sunday free kids activities in Central Park, 5-7pm.
June 28-30: Columbia Heights Lions Jamboree | Huset Park
Highlights: Parade (Fri, 6pm), fireworks Saturday at dusk & carnival through Sunday.
June 28-30: Blaine Festival | Aquatore Park
Highlights: Friday family “beach party”, carnival, petting zoo & kids activities throughout the weekend, parade Saturday at noon.

$8 per child (includes a voucher for coffee for adult)
Enjoy 1 delicious beverage from Bob’s Java Hut (next door to Snapology) while your kiddo plays at Snapology for a reduced price! Either bring your drink over to the Discovery Center to build with your child, or if they are 5+, leave them with us while you enjoy your coffee or tea over at Bob’s.
Enjoy birthday cake and lemonade, and learn to sing Happy Birthday in Dakota to Rev. Gideon Pond, portrayed by an actor. Gideon is turning 209! Try your hand at a variety of frontier parlor and outdoor games.The Pond House is open year round on Sundays from 1:30 – 4 p.m. Admission to programs and tours is free for Pond Dakota Heritage Society members and youth through high school. Suggested donation of $2 for non-member adults.
