We will follow Leopold the Leopard and a talking tree named Tree as they recount a glorious and ridiculous tale that weaves its way through the nature settings depicted in Beethoven’s Pastoral Symphony (Symphony No. 6). Geared for ages 6-12, this unique concert experience is sure to engage, delight and have you laughing your spots off!
Los Angeles-based puppeteer Victor Yerrid brings the stage and the music to life with his artistry. Yerrid is a renowned puppeteer and actor who’s work in children’s television includes Sesame Street, Sid The Science Kid, Hannah Montana, Pajanimals, Bear In The Big Blue House, and Between The Lions.

These SPCO concerts are the best. This particular free family concert will be fun for everyone. Parents get to enjoy rich music, and children are distracted by the story–they don’t even know they are learning. The length of the concert is perfect, too–45 minutes is long enough for mom and dad and short enough for the little ones. With two performances on November 15, there are still tickets available.
