SUMMARY:Carpenter Maple Syrup Program
DESCRIPTION:Two upcoming maple syrup programs are offered at the Minnesota
  campus of the Carpenter Nature Center (there’s a branch across the bo
 rder in Hudson\, Wisconsin\, as well.) Families will learn about trees as 
 they hike to the sugarbush. Then tap maple trees and learn the process o
 f turning sap into syrup\, with a sample at the end. Dress for snow and mu
