Public Skating at West St. Paul Ice Arena Public skating schedules are subject to change, particularly on holidays and when schools are out. We recommend calling ahead. No sticks or pucks allowed during Public Skate. Open Hockey at West St. Paul Ice Arena Open Hockey is open to anyone 15 years of age and older and helmets are mandatory. As with the public skating, schedules are subject to change so please call ahead to confirm. Birthday Parties at West St. Paul Ice Arena The Ice Arena’s Multi-Purpose Room is available for rent. The price is $20 for a two-hour period (and $5 for each additional two-hours) for residents and $25 for non-residents.
