The River Balcony is a mile-and-a-half public pathway currently in the planning stages of development along Saint Paul’s river bluff edge from the Science Museum to Union Depot. It will, integrate public park space with downtown development, such as restaurants and shops. Besides the walking path, there will be outdoors seating, gathering space, and public activities.
