The Plymouth Ice Center is a professional-sized rink that hosts community events and open skate times. The center has three rinks and modern LED lighting. Family-friendly offerings include birthday party packages and sports lessons (such as fencing, skiing and snowboarding). During the holidays, the rink is a Letters to Santa drop off location. Open Skate is offered year round, with an admission fee that has remained steady at of $3.00 for children and $5.00 for adults. Skate rental is $5.00 and skate trainers are $2.00/session. Birthday party packages are available during a public open skate times. the fee includes use of the Blue Line Room for one hour, open skate fees for up to 10 children and skate rental for up to 10. At that time, the rink was converted from Olympic-sized to three professional-sized sheets of ice. More recently, the lighting has been updated to LED in all three rinks.
