St. Paul Parks are open from sunrise to 11pm.

Palace Community Center offers family friendly programs and activities including tot times, open gym and family events. Fitness center memberships are available for adults who live or work in St. Paul for $30/year. Outside the park offers playground equipment, an outdoor refrigerated ice rink, sports fields, and space for picnics.

Birthday Parties at the Community Center

Various rooms in the community center can be rented for private use. They include:

  • Kitchen: $19/hour
  • Meeting Room: $47/hour
  • Multi-Purpose Room: $47/hour
  • Medium Gym: $42/hour
  • Craft Room: $28/hour

Free Summer Meals at St. Paul Parks

This location has participated in St. Paul’s Free Summer Meals for kids program. The Summer Meals Schedule is usually posted in early June. For more information, call 651-298-5677.

Rec Check Program at Palace Community Center

Rec Check Programs are offered when school is out of sessions, including summer break, winter break & spring break. This free program offers activities such as crafts, art, tennis, cooking, swimming, gym games, water fun, outdoor nature activities, outdoor play, fitness, kitchen science and more. Space fills up fast at this location.

Outdoor Skating Rinks & Warming Room at Palace Community Center

Rinks in St. Paul Parks are free and open to the public for skating when weather cooperates for ice quality. However, Palace is one of four St. Paul Parks with refrigerated outdoor skating rinks, allowing it to open earlier in the season and stay open later into the spring.
