Minnesota Dance Theatre & School (“MDT”) is a a dance company located in Minneapolis that offers classes for ages 4 through adult and performances throughout the year. Look for free classes for boys, adult drop-in classes and a variety of classes and intensives for youth of all ages. As with many ballet companies in Minnesota, boys ballet classes are free for young men ages 5 to 11 at MDT. Boys can get an overview of ballet and contemporary dance at these weekly classes that run fall to spring in line with the school year. Teens and adults (ages 16 and up) can attend open classes.
