Lowell Park is one of the beautiful riverside parks in downtown Stillwater. It stretches north and south of the historic lift bridge, which is always fun to walk across and hope it “lifts” for boats to pass under. Family-friendly amenities include a gazebo overlooking the St Croix, an amphitheatre that hosts community events, open grass spaces and a Pedestrian Plaza for picnics, as well as a walkway with benches for walks along the river. The park has indoor restrooms.
