The accomplish this goal through teaching soccer skills mastery and offering unstructured soccer play. The also host Community Building Activities throughout the year.

JOTP Free Play

Free Play is a safe, monitored but unstructured pick up soccer that that gives kids a chance to participate in healthy active play. Parents can read about the science behind the Free Play model here. Free play is an open format and geared toward skill level. While the programs is free and parents can either drop off or hang out during the sessions, pre-registration with a parental waiver is required before attending.

Joy of the People Summer Soccer Camps

JOTP offers summer camps each year with both weekly and full-summer options for registration. Camps follow the same model as all other JOTP programs with the understanding of Play as best practice. They believe kids learn and grow best by playing and strive to deliver a holistic and organic camp including the use of free play.  Our camps maximize learning and fun for the child. The child recognizes the incredible learning and growth–creating a powerful love of play.  These summer camps are featured in our annual summer camp guide, where we update dates and prices each year.
