Hans’ Bakery in Anoka was originally opened in 1973 by Hans Birkner, a German immigrant. After the bakery closed, it was resurrected by the current owners, Kelly & Ben Olsen and Doug Hoskin, in 2014. The bakery sells a variety of baked goods, including donuts, cupcakes, bars and cookies. However, their specialty is the “Beehive”. If you want to do something unique, you may want to order that!
