Fight or Flight Academy offers classes in Parkour, Freerunning, and Martial Arts for children and adults. After taking classes, participants can attend open gym to practice skills independently. Free introductory classes are available. Kids classes are no longer offered. However. teens 13+ can participate in adult sessions. Fight or Flight no longer offers Birthday Parties for Kids. Membership prices vary depending on type and are paid for on a monthly basis. The gym also offers scholarships and free trial classes. Open Gym times are supervised, but not instructed and are meant for athletes who have had some training to practice on their own. Classes are required before using the open gym and again, these are for adults and teens 13+.
