Cheap Skate Roller Rink is skating rink in Coon Rapids. Family-friendly skate sessions include Family Fun Days and Throwback Thursday (cheap nights). We recommend checking ahead before visiting because some nights are adult-only nights. Other fun nights include Glow Parties and school takeover nights. There is also a bouncy house at this rink. Visitors can choose to skate or bounce or pay a little extra to do both. Promotions change pretty regularly, and it is best to consult the website for daily promotions. As on October 2023, Tuesday nights are Family Night with low priced skate and/or bounce tickets. Saturdays offer two Family Fun Day sessions and Sunday is Sunday Funday. Tickets are slightly more for these weekend sessions. Toddler Days are not currently offered. In the past these times allowed kids to bring in their riding toys and plastic scooters for a very low admission price. Tots could also pay to use the bounce area. We hope to see them return some day. Birthday party packages are available at a per person price during public sessions and include pop and pizza or hot dogs as well as skate rental for all participants. Add-ons are available for all packages. Private birthday parties are also available. The rink offers Sensory Friendly sessions on the first Tuesday of each month. On these nights, families will offer the opportunity to skate without loud music, flashing lights, or fog. Wheelchairs are welcome at any event, but these events are expected to be ideal for wheelchair use.
