The Center for Innovation and the Arts is is a proposed art center in Brooklyn Park.  The city of Brooklyn Park, North Hennepin Community College (NHCC), Osseo Area School District, and Hennepin County have partnered for this project, which will be constructed  on NHCC campus on the northeast corner of 85th Avenue North and West Broadway Avenue and replace the college’s current Fine Arts Center.  If fundraising is achieved, construction could begin as early as 2023.

The planned building will be over 83,000 square feet and include a performance studio, an art gallery, rehearsal studios, classrooms as well as more flexible spaces, and places to hold indoor and outdoor events.  See the video below for more details.
