The Brooklyn Park Sports Dome is located at Park Center Senior High and is open November 1st through April 15th. While it is mostly used for organized sports practices, there are three batting cages with designated times for individual use, a free walking track and open dome times for the public. Look for family-friendly movie nights in the winter months. The dome does not have regular open dome times, but schedules them by the month. Everyone must pay to enter the dome. The walking track is available to the public during scheduled track hours to use for free, except during open dome times (then there is a $3 fee). Protective netting separates the track from the fields, so you don’t need to worry about stray balls flying at you while you walk or jog. Parents can use strollers on the track, but bike’s and trike’s are not allowed. Three batting cages are available for individual use at designated times. Rentals are available by the hour or half hour. Related Articles:
