Baby Boot Camp is a stroller fitness program for new moms and their children. Franchise owners are nationally certified fitness professionals that offer a variety of classes. Minnesota currently has one franchise in the Maplewood & Woodbury area. Classes include stroller fitness, running programs and nutrition and can be registered for at the website. Baby Boot Camp’s MomStrong Tribe is a FREE moms’ club designed to help support families be healthy. This is a good place to get together with other parents who share an interest in nutrition, fitness, and healthy lifestyle habits for their family. The club offers monthly play dates.
