Tara Sweeney is an award-winning artist, illustrator. She most recently co–illustrated and authored the book, A to Zåäö: Playing with History at the American Swedish Institute with her son, Nate Christopherson. More of an artist that an author/illustrator, Sweeney is professor emeritus at Augsburg University, where she taught drawing and painting for twenty-five years. You can find a gallery of her work on her website. She and Christopherson both live in Saint Paul.
