Railway Jack: The True Story of an Amazing Baboon is the first book by KT Johnston. It is the true story of Jim, a railway inspector in the late 1800s, and his service baboon, Jack (before there were service animals), and how they worked together to keep Jim’s job after he was injured. This book is at a reading level appropriate for most 8 to 12 year old kids in grades 3 through 5, but the author believes the story will engage people of all ages.
