Wow! If you want a great outing for your super hero fans, Marvel Universe Live! Age of Heroes is it. I had no idea what to expect going in, but I knew I had two little boys with me who love super heroes. I’m a little more spotty in super knowledge and, apparently, I lean more toward DC Comics with the little knowledge I have. Were I to do it again, I would have studied a bit for this date, but it didn’t really matter. I caught on quick enough and the story was entertaining without background knowledge.
Whether it be by train, trolley, carriage or wagon, catch a ride this weekend at holiday events across the Twin Cities.
One you can actually hop on and take a ride, the other is just for pretty – but it’s pretty amazing!
Today marks opening weekend for many of the Twin Cities-area outdoor ice rinks and we’re sure, as hardy Minnesotans ourselves, that you’re dying to strap on your skates and hustle the kids out to the rinks! That’s why we’ve rounded up this list of local places to skate –and, as nearly all are located in city parks, there’s no charge for the skating. Find your city below and click through to get the latest rink hours, directions, warming house information, and numbers to call for rink conditions.
If you don’t see your city below, my apologies in advance. Please contact us to have yours added to the list or leave the information in the comments. Thanks, and enjoy your outdoor rec time!
