They stress the benefits of dance, including physical fitness, coordination, etiquette, poise, grace and appreciation of the performing arts. They work with their students to progress in a demanding, disciplined, yet caring classroom environment.

Summit Dance Shoppe Core Ballet Program

This studio offers classes in ballet, pre-pointe, pointe and boy’s/men’s ballet.  Its curriculum emphasizes anatomical training, comprehension of concepts and vocabulary and classroom etiquette. Students are assessed and assigned classes based pm age, development and ability.

Parent/Child “Dance With Me” Classes

The youngest dancers can take classes with mom or dad. Two- and three-year old children will learn the basics of dancing – music, rhythm, following directions and taking turns.  They will also learn preschool basics like shapes, letters, numbers and animals. The year ends with an in-studio performance.

Summer Camps at Summit Dance

Summit Dance Shoppe offers summer camps for ages 2 (with a caregiver) through age 11. Kids can sign up for one-week sessions at affordable prices.
