Enjoy spring on the farm.  Meet the animals and their babies, play farm games, eat farm fresh treats, get dirty, and make wool.  However, I have no idea what they mean by making wool because to make wool, I think you need to raise a sheep.  I’m guessing they mean make woolfelt!

All about the history of flour.  this history lesson will teach why flour is enriched, how they mass produced it (and why), what the difference between white and wheat is, and how to make different recipes.

$35/adult-child pair, $18 for each additional participant, Registration REQUIRED on the website

As with everything at the Minnesota Center for Book Arts, this is not simply going to be making construction paper kites.  You will get to use  Vandercook printing presses to print Japanese Kozo paper. The next step will be to use your printed paper, bamboo sticks, glue and thread.
