The Weekend In Pictures

How was your weekend?  The Peters Family has hijacked the weekend in picture.  Friday night was rare date night at Open Window Theatre.  Then, we had a busy family Saturday, starting with Lebanese Fest at St. Maron’s for lunch (because I love church festivals for an inexpensive way to introduce my children to new foods) and outdoor playtime, then we hit the MIA for some air conditioned playtime and a walk through the exhibits.  While Gianna and family explored outside during this beautiful weekend.

As you may have noticed around here, the fall is Gianna’s favorite season. After grumbling about having no pictures from the weekend, Gianna’s family decided to make the most of their Sunday and get outside for some serious exploring.

Besides Family Fun Twin Cities, I spend my 9 to 5 at a day job pursuing my weird passion for calendars and organizing things as a legal secretary. When I get home I spend my time with my four kids, 10, 6, 4 and 1. My amazing husband is both a full-time musician and full-time stay-at-home dad. Together we run a small radio empire — SiaNet Radio — playing, promoting and enjoying the wide variety of local music and art in the Twin Cities. I juggle all this while writing about exploring the Twin Cities with kids. I couldn’t be happier.
