If you are looking for something creative to do this week, you have many choices.  It will be harder to narrow it down than to find something to do.

Tiger Lion Presents Nature  A Walking Play at the Minnesota Landscape Arboretum

$25 general admission/$20 Arboretum members/$15 students/children 12 and under free.
Arboretum admission included in ticket price. Guests are encouraged to purchase tickets in advance to expedite their entry into the Arboretum, but tickets may also be purchased on site.
This looks a deep play about the friendship of Ralph Waldo Emerson and Henry David Thoreau and their love for the Natural World.  Here’s a preview.

Bluegrass Festival at Caponi Art Park

Fundraiser $20/person, children 12 and under are free.  Purchase tickets at Brown Paper Tickets.

Being held at the Theatre in the Woods Ampitheatre and hosting Grammy Winners Okee Dokee Brothers, Roe Family Singers, Lost Jim Trio, and Monroe Crossing.  You won’t want to miss this extraordinary afternoon.

Design your fairy’s skirt from our rainbow selection of flower petals, add a felt tunic and hair in your choice of colors and top with a real acorn cap. Ages 6 to adult; younger with grown up help. $10;
$16 for a pair.

Make a whole family, using our wooden peg people, decorated with felt scraps, crayons, and wool. The finished dolls are amazingly sturdy. The complexity and detail of your doll family will depend upon the age of the crafter.
Ages 3 to adult. $24.

Choose from our selection of wooden boxes, then decorate using watercolor crayons and optional wood burning. Various sizes, while supplies last. Ages 3 and up. Prices vary:
