FFTC Day at Stroller Strides welcomes Twin Cities Moms to a Free Complete Fitness Class!
Stroller Strides is a 60-minute full body, interval based workout consisting of aerobic, strength and balance exercises using your stroller, the environment, and resistance bands (provided).
The classes are led by nationally certified instructors. The bonus is that your child is right there with you for the ride! Also, the children are the priority of Stroller Strides, so do not worry if yours is fussy. The classes are structured so that moms can make babies happy without missing out on the workout. All fitness levels are welcome. You create the intensity, Stroller Strides brings the fun!
Wear your athletic shoes and workout clothes! Bring your kids, your water bottle, a yoga mat or a towel.
***Because this is a true fitness class with resistance and cardio, moms must be at least 6 weeks postpartum to participate.***
Moms with babies under 6 months may want to bring a non-stretchy carrier too. If baby is unhappy, mom is welcome to do the class with a carrier. We will modify the workout for them, and while they won’t get the SAME workout (no high impact cardio), they will still get a great one!
