Woodbury Lakes is a strip mall in Woodbury with over 50 retailers. The mall hosts family-friendly events throughout the year, which they usually promote on their Facebook, and is home to several family-oriented stores and restaurants. Family-oriented stores include a couple children’s clothing stores, crafting opportunities and a theater. Among other family-friendly events, the mall participates in the Woodbury’s Puppet Wagon program which is hosted by the by the Woodbury Parks and Recs department each summer. Families can stop by for a short puppet show each week during the summer. There are two restaurants within the shopping center that offer Kids Eat Free or Cheap Deals — Lakes Tavern offers a special on Thursdays and Crave (multiple Twin Cities locations) has a kids-eat-free deal on Sundays.
