Richfield Ice Arena is a popular and often busy indoor ice rink. There are small, but clean locker rooms available. Dress warm because its refrigerated. There are vending machines, drinking fountains, restrooms and staff on site. Off-street parking available. Besides public open skates, the arena supports adult hockey, curling, and stick and puck hours. The ice is available to rent and the arena sometimes hosts public event like movies and skating parties. The Richfield Ice Arena built in 1971, has a rich regional history of serving the metro area and hosting world-class talent. The Arena has two regulation sheets of ice, open year-round. The arena is located five minutes from the Mall of America in Veterans Memorial Park. The arena offers regular public skate hours. See the live daily schedule for current days and times. Admission is $6 per session, but skaters can save with pre-purchased 10 or 20-session tickets. Skate Rental is available for an additional $3 or have your own skates sharpened for $6.
